3. Proof of birthday month and a valid Ocean Park Annual Membership must be presented at the time of redemption for verification purpose. Each member can only enjoy this offer once.
4. Consumption amount excludes 10% service charge (base on the original price).
5. Spending and discount amount is based on one single receipt.
6. Please present this offer for redemption before making of payment/placement of order.
7. This offer will be forfeited after the expiry date.
