As the largest aquarium restaurant in Hong Kong, Neptune's is dedicated to serving some of the best contemporary Chinese cuisine in Hong Kong complementing with an alluring underwater dining ambience. Marking the birth of a new dining trend, the restaurant uses sustainable seafood, the finest seasonal ingredients from all around the world, and exquisite plating to present outstanding dishes to guests.

Neptune's signature dishes include "Wok-fried Tiger Prawn in Singaporean Style" and "Wok-fried Seabass Fillet with Shallot in First Draw Soy Sauce". These dishes are stewed for a number of hours to bring out the great taste of the natural ingredients. If this isn't enough, then its consommé soup is acclaimed and has won diners' hearts with its various ingredient combinations.

Built inside Ocean Park's The Grand Aquarium, guests are led into a mysterious deep-sea world, where an eye-opening collection of 5,000 fish from over 400 species are shown via the restaurant's giant viewing panel while guests sit down to enjoy mouth-watering gourmet food. Stylish interior décor spearheaded by a coral theme, also takes the dining experience to another level, while two private rooms provide guests with high levels of privacy and sound proofing, and are also equipped with individual AV systems that are perfect for small scale events and group gatherings. The Venue's spacious floor area also means that it can cater for wedding banquets and larger corporate functions as well.
