Delightful birthday treats for the duo and visitors
On their special days—26 June for Ke Ke and 28 June for An An—the Park’s animal caretakers will surprise the birthday stars with beautifully crafted icy birthday cakes and special birthday enrichments. Visitors are invited to visit the Hong Kong Jockey Club Sichuan Treasures (HKJCST) to catch a glimpse of the duo enjoying their birthday treats and write birthday cards for them.
To share the joy with the public, Ocean Park will be distributing free limited-edition panda gifts from 26 to 28 June. Visitors can collect these special birthday tokens at HKJCST starting 10am. Gifts are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis.
For those wishing to take home a memento, Ocean Park is launching exclusive new merchandise—the An An and Ke Ke Collectable Metal Coins, featuring two stunning golden coins dedicated to An An and Ke Ke respectively, capturing their adorable likenesses. Besides, Aqua City Bakery and Club Panda will offer Panda Birthday Cupcakes in banana or chocolate flavour, along with Panda Cookies to capture everyone’s heart.
Fans can express their birthday blessings through art at a specially designed handicraft workshop—Craft with Joy: Giant Panda-monium Light Clay Kneading—from 26 to 28 June 2026. The 30-minute workshop will run five sessions daily at 11am, 12noon, 2:30pm, 3:30pm and 4:30pm. Under the guidance of the Whiskers Villagers, participants can sculpt their very own miniature versions of the birthday stars. Each session is limited to a maximum of 20 participants on a first-come, first-served basis via on-site registration near HKJCST.
To truly ‘exchange’ your love for the pandas, stop by the exclusive Giant Panda Fans Zone near HKJCST, created for fans to meet and connect from 26 June until the end of August. Feel free to bring your own handmade crafts or treasured panda keepsakes to swap and cheer each other on as we build the ultimate panda fan community!
